Luxury Homes and Real Estate - Sotheby’s International Realty

Houston, Texas

If you asked people to describe Vikki Evans, “natural-born salesperson” would be near the top of the list. Vikki is an expert networker and people-connector, and has boundless energy. She’s an articulate speaker and an active listener. Vikki stays busy and appreciates that her clients are busy, too, and they value her honesty and trust her opinions. Her hard work, diligence and positive attitude make buying or selling homes very pleasurable for her clients and herself.

Real estate was destined to be Vikki’s eventual profession. Her history as a successful bond broker, marketing director for a money manager, and insurance agent led her there. Vikki loved matching the right product to the individual customer in past careers, but before becoming a Realtor, there was something missing: a passion for the product itself. The customer relationships are what matter, and now she’s working with the product she adores - homes! Vikki sees a home as a direct reflection of a client’s unique personality, the base point for lifelong memories and a place to welcome guests and nurture loved ones. A home is a sacred place of one’s own, and being an integral part of helping clients find just the right home gives Vikki personal as well as professional fulfillment.

“I appreciate all different styles of homes, and I view them through my clients’ eyes. My focus is always on what my buyers are looking for, or what my sellers need to do to get their homes ready for the right buyer.”

Vikki’s other “work” is giving back to the Houston community. For 30 years, she has served in leadership positions on the boards of the Jewish Community Center, Congregation Beth Yeshurun, the Women’s Business and Professional Group, BNI Greenway Plaza, The Emery/Weiner School, and the Jewish Federation where in 1993, as Women’s Philanthropy Chair, she created the annual fundraising centerpiece event, Collage.

In addition to exercising at the Houstonian, Vikki enjoys walking around Rice with friends, traveling, and all forms of art. She and her husband have been married for 25 years and have two daughters and two beagles.
