Native Texan Rosemary Gendusa grew up in the Sugar Land area and has lived in and around Houston all of her life. Rosemary’s 25-plus years of sales and marketing experience includes ownership of several healthcare agencies and a small residential care home for Alzheimer’s patients. She has also worked in contract sales for Xerox and Honeywell corporations.
“Healthcare perfected the understanding and empathy required to work with patients and their families in stressful situations,” says Rosemary, “and my corporate experience honed the practical ability to persevere successfully through the sales process. Both have proven invaluable skills for my career in real estate.” Rosemary works with both buyers and sellers and finds first-time buyers a particular delight. As a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), she is well versed in downsizing and the special requirements of senior citizens and their families.
Rosemary has been a top producing Realtor since her very first year in the business. She enjoys the challenge of negotiating and working hard to achieve the best financial outcome for her buyers and sellers, and acknowledges that there is no better way to get to know people’s motivations and aspirations than through the real estate process. “Real estate is a happy business,” says Rosemary. “Sellers are happy when they sell their house and can move to new horizons; buyers are delighted when they complete their search and find their perfect new home.” Rosemary is also well-versed in the requirements of relocation sellers and buyers.
Whether clients are looking for a child-friendly subdivision, urban excitement or an easy commute to work, Rosemary can help them find the Houston location that fits their lifestyle.
A graduate of Sugar Land High School (now Dulles), Rosemary earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of Houston. A resident of Braes Heights and past president of the Braeswood Place Homeowners Association representing 2,200 homes, Rosemary is a mother and grandmother of three who delights in family gatherings at the home she shares with her husband, Randy Glick.
