Norbert Escobar

Native Houstonian and proud seventh-generation Texan Norbert Escobar has a 30-plus year career in sales and sales management. Norbert focuses on customer service and satisfaction, and is particularly skilled in helping real estate clients understand the negotiation process involved in the home sale or purchase process.

Prior to transitioning to residential real estate, Norbert had a successful, 25-year career in retail automotive sales. "Both are sales-based, but to me, both are 'people' based" says Norbert. "I've always considered myself in the people business, not just sales, and it's that customer-based approach that makes me a good Realtor."

Norbert learned his real estate expertise on the job as a licensed assistant for seven years to one of Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty's - and Houston's - top producing Realtors. In that time, he helped to assist and guide buyers and sellers through more than $100 million in residential real estate transactions.

"One of my major strengths in this business is my ability to foresee challenges and develop a plan to overcome them," says Norbert. "Real estate is performance-based, and strong relationships with loyal, repeat clients that also yield referrals are key. I am proud that so many of my clients have become good friends, and they are a huge component of my success."

When not working, Norbert volunteers his time as a Parade Committeeman with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He is also a supporter and Life Member of the Houston 100 Club. Norbert's leisure pursuits include golf, traveling, reading, and riding his Harley.
