Mary Craddock

As a fourth generation Houstonian, Realtor Mary Cooley Craddock has first-hand knowledge of the city’s most sought after neighborhoods, including River Oaks, Southampton, Montrose, West University, the Heights, Briargrove and Tanglewood.

She provides the highest level of service to her clients via thorough market knowledge and expertise in every phase of the real estate transaction. She believes that real estate is about people and Mary listens to the her clients’ goals and works hard to achieve them. She is readily accessible, responsive, and patient.

Through Sotheby’s International Realty’s vast advertising presence, a home listed with Mary will be exposed to the most buyers and thus secure the best price for the seller. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Mary works hard to find the perfect house for her buyers: the first time homebuyer or foreign national purchasing in Houston, or “empty nesters” and downsizing clients. She has participated in the buying and selling at all price points, from the multi- million dollar home to small condo and everything in between. She is dedicated to making the process as smooth and successful as possible.

Mary’s success comes from forming a lasting relationship of trust and understanding and being attentive to every detail of the real estate transaction. Whether it is guiding clients to an appropriate neighborhood, establishing a sales price, finding financing, negotiating a deal or providing direction on remodeling and decorating, Mary is an invaluable resource for her clients.

Mary is a valedictorian graduate of Mirabeau B. Lamar High School and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of University of Texas at Austin. She speaks Spanish and holds a master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
