Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty circle of Excellence award winner Linda Shupe is a residential real estate “force of nature.” A top producer from her first year in the business, Linda’s recipe for success has always been a heavy portion of intimate market knowledge coupled with a plan for success in every transaction, and a dash of simple kindness to all participants.

“I love selling homes because I love people. If we can’t find the perfect home for your lifestyle, we’ll just build it.” says Linda. Her experience lies not only in finding the value of the real estate, but design and current trends. Linda is truly multi-faceted. For her sellers, her design experience is a valuable tool in staging the property and preparing for sale. This coupled with her keen negotiating skills is a winning proposition.

Linda began her career in 2002, excelling in new home sales in Houston’s master planned communities. She quickly surpassed all expectations, won sales awards for performance, and decided it was time to pursue greater opportunities inside the city. She adjusted her career focus to selling residential high rise condominiums, homes for growing families, and high-density new construction homes and townhomes.

Equipped with marketing expertise and razor sharp negotiating skills, Linda represents buyers and sellers with precision and professionalism. Through her total commitment to success in every transaction, Linda has developed an impressive network of influential clients. “My goal in every transaction is to gain a client for life. A real estate transaction is always about the client, regardless of price point. I only represent home builders who share my commitment to client service and deliver true quality and value.”

When not working, Linda enjoys spending time with her son and husband who is a builder and commercial broker. She enjoys taking an active roll in his life as a team mom and volunteering at his school. Linda teaches her son and his friends that she expects nothing but excellence and to strive to be the best at what they love. Linda volunteers her time and efforts to support Boys & Girls Country of Houston, Dress for Success Houston, and Young Life.
