Kelly Davis brings a strong background in marketing, advertising and client service to her practice of real estate at Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. “I learned to work with many different personalities, the importance of building lasting relationships, making a “connection,” and gaining my clients’ trust,” says Kelly. “Strong market knowledge and communication are key.”

The “one-on-one” connection is something Kelly emphasizes in her business. She works to help her buyers and sellers understand what is happening in Houston’s fast-paced real estate market and guides them through their decision process. “No two clients or transactions are the same so there is always a new challenge. Helping a buyer find the “perfect fit” in a new home or getting the best price for a seller, important decisions in anyone’s life, is an honor for me,” says Kelly, “and I know that attention to detail, anticipating challenges and finding ways around road-blocks to ensure a smooth transition can go a long way toward making that decision as stress-free as possible.”

A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Kelly received a degree in marketing from Louisiana State University. When not working, she volunteers her time with The Junior League of Houston, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Zeta Tau Alpha Alumni Association. Kelly is an avid sports fan, enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, spending time with family and friends, and is “in heaven anywhere near the water!”
