Since establishing her career in real estate in 1977, consistently giving 100-percent has defined native Houstonian Jennifer Pine’s approach to business. Her integrity, thorough knowledge of the market and detail-oriented approach get results: nearly $400 million in completed real estate transactions with membership in the Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty’s Circle of Excellence and the company’s Hall of Fame. Jennifer’s real estate expertise encompasses most of Houston’s traditional neighborhoods with a focus on the Memorial Villages, Tanglewood, River Oaks, the Rice/Medical Center area, West University, Southampton, Upper Kirby District, Montrose, Bellaire and the Heights. In other words, Jennifer is a “field agent” who ranges across the greater Houston area.
Many former clients attest to Jennifer’s skill as a Realtor: “Everything went smoothly from contract to closing. I’d strongly recommend Jennifer to anyone wanting to sell their home,” said a satisfied seller.
One of Jennifer’s most impressive accomplishments was the sale of the largest single estate ever sold to-date between downtown and the Texas Medical Center. The transaction, in which Jennifer represented the sellers, involved eight non-contiguous acres with 65 duplexes. Jennifer drove the property, made a careful analysis, and created a marketing plan tailored to maximize top dollar and reach an early sale. Her pains-taking strategy brought an earnest money contract for the entire property portfolio within 30 days of listing, and her wealth of experience, detailed approach and knowledge of human nature proved invaluable in seeing the complicated transaction through to closing. One of the principals offered this testament to Jennifer’s skill, “I always knew she was on our side. In the end, her professionalism proved a ‘financial’ pleasure. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate.”
Jennifer grew up in Hunters Creek Village and is a graduate of Memorial High School and the University of Texas. She is a member of the Houston Art League, the Leadership Committee of the Houston Museum of Fine Arts, and the Museum of Natural Science, with whom she often travels. Jennifer’s past commitments include the gala host committee of Casa de Esperanza. Working-out at The Houstonian, riding horses, travel, cooking, art, painting, reading, and movies fill Jennifer’s leisure time, but her focus is always on real estate.
