Gina Swanson

“If you’re not learning something new from each and every transaction, something is amiss.” These wise words capture Gina Swanson’s enthusiastic and thoughtful approach to her career in residential real estate sales.

Gina loves every aspect of what she does. “I’m constantly meeting and working with new and diverse groups of people, matching buyers to the perfect home, helping sellers position themselves exactly right in the marketplace and prepare their home to attract buyers, and negotiating the best deal for all of my clients.”

Extremely organized and resourceful, Gina is diligent in her pursuit of valuable information for her clients. “I have a knack for getting information that others may not necessarily know how to find. Information on a property is invaluable, no matter how trivial it may seem.”

Gina has been a Realtor since 2001 and her experience embraces not only traditional residential transactions but property tax arbitration and foreclosures. “I’ve been able to learn from a full array of interesting areas in real estate,” says Gina.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Gina moved to Houston in 1991. She attended Diablo Valley College in California and received her real estate license in Texas. Gina has been a tireless volunteer in her Kingwood neighborhood and schools, and was in the forefront of a group who founded, raised funds and built the Kingwood Youth Football Fields, a multi-year project and commitment.

Gina and her husband have two sons and enjoy traveling to support them. One is a professional athlete and the other is on football staff at Arkansas. Gina is a member of the Professional Football Player’s association where she serves as Assistant Secretary on the Board.
