A Bay Area resident since 1990, Carole Haider is an award-winning Realtor who has specialized in selling Bay Area neighborhoods, especially League City and Friendswood, for more than 22 years. Carole has been a consistent top producer throughout her career and received a number of prestigious recognitions for her outstanding production and market knowledge.
After seven transfers across the country with her husband’s company, she understands relocation moves on a personal as well as a professional level, and is particularly adept at addressing the concerns and meeting the needs of families moving in or out of the Houston area.
Prior to her career as a residential Realtor, Carole managed a real estate office and worked for Victoria Bank and Trust in the human resource department. Both experiences opened her eyes to the importance of building relationships with customers through constant communication and, of course, premium service.
Carole was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and attended Ohio University and Cleveland State University before transferring to Victoria College in Victoria, Texas. She is very involved in the Bay Area community and supports the Clear Lake Metropolitan Ballet, and previously worked with the PTO in all of her (now adult) children’s schools.
Family is the mainstay of Carole’s life and includes her husband of 40 years and her married daughter and her young family. When she is not working, Carole and her husband enjoy activities at Bay Oaks Country Club, playing with their Yorkshire terrier, and collecting antique cars.
