International clients, extensive knowledge of the Houston market, and attention to detail are phrases that come to mind when you call on Anne Hill. “That range of experience is invaluable to me as a Realtor, especially when working with relocation clients. I have a 12-year background helping relocation buyers and sellers and have also worked for two years with builders on new home construction projects.”

Anne’s background in hotel sales awarded her the title “Ambassador to Houston”. Anne knows Houston’s neighborhoods, particularly the Galleria area, Inner-loop, Heights and the Washington Corridor. She grew up in Memorial where she attended Westchester High School and then Stratford High School where she was a member of the first graduating class.

Integrity, honesty and experience are Anne’s hallmarks. When she helps a client sell their home, Anne works hard to make the process as stress-free as possible. Preparation is a huge element in marketing a home, and she makes sure that all the necessary steps are taken, “especially high-quality photos that really make the house pop on the MLS. Descriptive captions with each photo are often overlooked by agents but are really important as well.”

“There’s a different kind of preparation when helping a buyer-client find a new home but all the steps are just as important,” Anne says. “ First asking the important questions to uncover the buyer’s lifestyle, wants and needs and always keeping up with what is happening in the Houston-area market and within the neighborhoods is vital so that I know prices, schools, trends, and anything that may impact home values. Good preparation gives my buyer confidence as well, and it really makes me feel good when I can see my client “light up” when we’ve found their perfect home.”

Anne learned the importance of customer service and thorough preparation from a previous 13-year career in hotel management as a catering and convention service manager. “That experience taught me valuable people skills and multi-tasking,” Anne says.

Anne graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos. She is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity through St. Martin’s Episcopal Church and also volunteers with several pet rescue groups. Anne’s leisure activities include gardening, travel and cooking.
