Prior to his career in real estate, Jim owned a boutique advertising, marketing and branding agency based in Union Square in New York City, and provided a wide range of services to Fortune 1000 companies. Jim has lived in Carmel, Montreal, Rome and St. John USVI, where he also owns property. He brings a wealth of contacts from both his travels and business activities and has a demonstrated track record of being an effective negotiator in challenging situations.
