A Cape resident since 1977, Susan Gill began her real estate career of 20+ years after a career in teaching. She has been with Cotton Real Estate, now Sotheby’s International Realty, since 1989. A specialist in the luxury residential market with an emphasis on waterfront and village properties, Susan has been a consistent Top Producer, and many times over, Associate of the Year.

She has a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island with majors in English and Psychology, in addition to many graduate credits.
