Steven Strojny joins Sotheby's International Realty after owning and operating Strojny Real Estate Company for 15 years. During that time, he brokered hundreds of real estate transactions. Steve brings a wealth of hands-on management and real estate experience with him. Steve obtained his Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law in 1995 and has vast knowledge and experience with all aspects of real estate law.

Steve has been a businessman and entrepreneur his entire working life. He started out as a caddie at 12 years old, working at the prestigious Woods Hold Golf Club. In 2001, Steve co-founded and managed Boston Title Services (BTS). BTS was an innovative and unique title company that delivered highly efficient real estate closing services to clients in Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. He sold the company in 2005 and founded LoanQuest Mortgage Services (LQMS) later that same year. LQMS was a full-service mortgage brokerage delivering hundreds of mortgage products to residential real estate clients throughout Massachusetts. Steve left LQMS in 2009 and moved to Cape Cod full time after spending summers here for the first 43 years of his life.

Steve believes that the Cape Cod lifestyle is precious and that those individuals that are fortunate enough to live it are truly blessed. Steve and his wife, Ana, believe that there is no better place to raise their son and daughter, Mitchell and Emily.
