After vacationing on Cape Cod since the 1970s, and running in the 6th Falmouth Road Race in 1978, Peter Sivco moved to the Cape in 2002 and has worked in real estate ever since. He brings a strong professional service background with great dedication and attention to detail. He is the former Commissioner of Arbitration for the Ninth Judicial District in New York and Deputy Chief Clerk for the Supreme and County Courts for Westchester County, New York. He was the Director of Sales at Tarrytown House Executive Conference Center and Director of Sales and Marketing on Hilton Head Island, where he also served on the Attractions and Events Committee for the Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for the Crisis Pregnancy Center. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors for his former high school in Yonkers, New York. He is an active member of the Cape and Islands Association of Realtors, Cape Cod Multiple Listing Service, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He is a member of the Grievance Committee and the Political Action Committee for the Cape and Islands Association of Realtors.
