Nancy Komenda began her real estate career in the mid 1980s. In 2000, she joined Cotton Real Estate, now Sotheby’s International Realty. During the last five years, she has continued her roll as a residential specialist representing a full range of transactions as both a buyer’s and seller’s agent. Nancy was previously an honors biology teacher at Dennis Yarmouth High School. For the ten years following, she was the co-owner of the real estate and development company Komenda Associates. In 1995, she joined Kinlin Grover/GMAC of Osterville and sold upper-end properties. With over 20 years in the real estate business, Nancy has developed an extensive clientele of both buyers and sellers.
As a long time resident of Centerville, she is a trustee of the Centerville Library, as well as a member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
