Kelsey Maréchal, who began his Hamptons area real estate career in 1968, joined Sotheby's International Realty in 1997 when it acquired the Bridgehampton office. Kelsey's clients benefit from his prior background as a building and planning consultant in the Hamptons, in which he coordinated permit, variance and subdivision requirements of local, state and federal agencies. Active in community affairs, he has served on the Governor's Transportation Task Force, acted as chairman of the Town of Southampton Architectural Review Board, and as a member of Bridgehampton Citizens Advisory Committee. While a member of the Class of 1951 at Princeton University, Kelsey studied Urban and Rural Planning. In 1954 he earned a degree in Government and Public Law from Columbia University.
