Julie's clients have included first-time buyers, prominent American families, and international buyers and sellers. Julie started her real estate career at Sotheby's International Realty in 2001 and has developed a reputation for hard work, diligence and exceptional client service. At Sotheby's International Realty, Julie has worked side by side with some of the firm's most successful senior brokers including with Senior Vice Presidents/Associate Brokers Leila Stone and Meredyth Smith. Some of the significant sales she has collaborated on include a Fifth Avenue condominium for $21,000,000, a Fifth Avenue cooperative for $27,000,000, a Park Avenue cooperative for $36,630,000 and townhouse sales of $24,450,000 and $45,000,000.
Born and raised in Manhattan and a longtime resident of the Upper East Side, Julie has also lived in Greenwich Village and the Flatiron District. Raising her three children in Manhattan, Julie is very knowledgeable about New York's educational choices and options, both for public and private schools, and about what distinguishes different neighborhoods and school districts.
Julie attended Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School on the Upper West Side and then earned a bachelor's degree in history at Cornell University and graduated with honors. After receiving her Juris Doctorate from New York University's School of Law, Julie worked for Dewey Ballantine for a number of years and subsequently served as in-house counsel for Mutual of New York.
