Jim Ferrer grew up in Manhattan and Southampton. He became a year-round resident of Southampton in 2002, and in 2004 he began his real estate career at Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to that, Jim had a lengthy career in private elementary school education, both as a teacher and a school leader. Since joining Sotheby's International Realty, he has consistently arranged for the sale and lease of properties in Southampton and its environs. After graduating from Buckley School and Portsmouth Abbey School, Jim earned his B.A. from Beloit College and his M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University. Devoted to Long Island and, most especially, to the East End, Jim is delighted to help people find their special home in the unique communities of the South Fork.
