A 25-year Hamptons resident with strong ties to the local community, Aspasia G. Comnas joined Sotheby’s International Realty in April 1999 as Vice President and Brokerage Manager for the firm’s Bridgehampton, New York office. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2003. During her tenure with the firm, Cia has played an integral part in both the listing and sale of several of the area’s most notable residential properties, directly overseeing the sale of the 1776 Investments' Gin Lane estate, the Galesi castle, the Richards Gin Lane estate, and the Maycroft property. As a practicing attorney in Bridgehampton for 15 years, Cia’s legal background in all aspects of residential and commercial sales and purchases, leases, real estate brokerage, land use and zoning gives her a unique and invaluable position in the industry. Cia began her legal career as an associate with the New York City admiralty firm of Burke & Parsons where she handled maritime and international matters. She is a graduate of New York Law School and Vassar College. Having lived abroad, Cia is fluent in French and attended the International School of Geneva in Switzerland.
