Sarah Nichols joined Sotheby's International Realty after over two decades with major financial firms including Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan Chase, Moody’s and several prominent investment management firms where she regularly analyzed transactions up to $1 billion. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and principal investor in Greenwich real estate since 1993.
Sarah earned her MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia Business School, her BA with Honors from Middlebury College and graduated from Concord Academy in Concord, MA.
A former corporate securities analyst, Sarah understands the importance of research, information and timeliness to discerning buyers and sellers.
Confidentiality and high ethical standards are her top priorities.
Sarah lives in Greenwich, Connecticut where she raised two children who attended Greenwich public and private schools. She has been active in local charities and school fundraisers.
A current member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, GMLS and CMLS, Sarah was previously a FINRA registered representative, earning her Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
