A lifelong Greenwich resident, Debra Phillips traded a career in advertising and marketing for real estate in 2005. She brings an exceptional blend of local knowledge and an extensive marketing background to her career.
Debra draws on her historical knowledge of Greenwich to help buyers make the right choice for their lifestyle and family. Sellers can count on her marketing skills, attention to detail, expertise in prepping their homes for market and enthusiasm for the area to make the emotional experience of selling their home a positive one.
Formerly with Prudential CT/Berkshire Hathaway, Debra earned several award designations for sales volume, including Honor Society and Honor Circle. Prior to real estate, she worked in advertising as an Account Manager at Young & Rubicam and Ammirati, Puris, Lintas on accounts including Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals, Xerox, Holiday Inn and Advil/Children's Advil. A move to publishing as a Sales Development Manager at Inc. Magazine was followed by a stint at AmeriCares, a local non-profit humanitarian organization where she worked as a Marketing Manager and was lucky enough to visit Haiti on a humanitarian mission.
Debra attended Riverside Elementary, Eastern Middle School, Greenwich Academy and University of Colorado, Boulder. She has two children currently enrolled at Riverside Elementary where she has been active on the PTA as School Treasurer. Debra also volunteers for Adopt-a-Dog, a non-profit shelter whose mission is to save, socialize and secure homes for unwanted dogs in the tristate area.
