Roxana Bowgen is regarded as a premier broker in Greenwich, Connecticut. Since 1997 she has practiced in various aspects of real estate including management, sales and recruiting, having received numerous awards in each area. Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Roxana was affiliated with a German-based international firm, where her specialization in global markets led to her consistent achievement as the top producing broker in the Greenwich office, representing 50% of that firm's revenues.

Roxana brings excellent negotiating skills and superior commercial ability from her former career at PHIBRO, Inc., where she was the head of the Latin American and European Steel trading desks based out of New York City and Amsterdam, Holland. Real estate clients are particularly attracted to her because of her seasoned experience in closings, her comprehensive knowledge of the residential market and her fluency in English, French and Spanish. While capable of closing transactions at all price levels, her areas of interest are luxury properties, new construction and international clients. Ms. Bowgen approaches real estate no differently than any other investment, as an integral part of a client's financial portfolio. Her results-driven outlook and dedication ensure exemplary service in every transaction.

Roxana's involvement in the community includes extensive volunteer work. She is the president and founder of Volunteers On Call, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) non-governmental organization that raises public awareness about the value of volunteering and provides opportunities for local and international service to the poor and homeless. Ms. Bowgen also founded the Greenwich Entrepreneurs Club, made up of Realtors dedicated to the growth of their businesses, and she has served on the Scholarship Committee of the Greenwich Association of Realtors for a number of years.

Roxana is a member of the National, Connecticut and Greenwich Boards of Realtors. In 2005 she received the CAR Good Neighbor Award. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, she also has a master's degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, the #1 ranked global business MBA School. Her postgraduate education includes architecture at USF, flight aviation and biblical studies. Roxana holds a broker's real estate license. She is a native of Lima, Peru, grew up in Beverly Hills, California, and is a longtime resident of Greenwich, Connecticut.
