Robert Bland brings three decades of real estate experience to the Greenwich office. As Vice President and Brokerage Manager, his broad market expertise enables him to provide support and professional guidance to Greenwich's dedicated team of agents and the clients that they serve.

A graduate of Yale College, Robert's accomplished real estate career spans over three decades, with extensive broker and management experience in luxury residential and commercial markets, as well as experience in real estate investing and development.

Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Robert spent eleven years as an associate broker in a highly renowned New York City firm, where he marketed and sold Manhattan's most prominent luxury properties to the highest net worth individuals in the world. In this role, Robert worked with an elite team of agents who sold $1.8 billion in a prestigious Manhattan condominium development, achieving the highest price paid per square foot in New York history. Before relocating to New York City, he served as the general partner and managing director of RWB, LLC in Boston, and previously sold commercial real estate in San Francisco.

Robert has worked in three major markets in his career: San Francisco, Boston, and New York City. Robert's vast experience and connections in these markets is an invaluable resource to buyers and sellers of fine property in Greenwich.
