Marijane Bates Hvolbeck

A Greenwich resident for over 35 years, Marijane joined Sotheby's International Realty as part of its acquisition of Cleveland Duble & Arnold, where she had been a Realtor since 1984 and one of the firm's top producers. Her professionalism and knowledge of the Greenwich real estate market has secured her the trust of her clients and the respect of her colleagues. MJ is a full-time real estate broker and is dedicated to all her clients in all price ranges.

MJ grew up in Fairfield, CT, and Williamsville, NY, and is a graduate of Manhattanville College. Prior to joining the real estate community, she worked in market research for the financial sector at Greenwich (Research) Associates.

A past winner of the President's Award from the Independent Realty Group, MJ holds a Connecticut real estate broker license. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and Greenwich Association of Realtors, where she serves on the Professional Standards/Ethics Committee.

MJ is a member of the Junior League of Greenwich and an accomplished golfer. She and her husband, Brad, are involved in many organizations and club activities. Her son, Chris, attended Greenwich public schools, and graduated from Fairfield Prep, Bucknell University in 2009 and the University of Illinois College of Law in 2012.
