Loretta Lacci Hay joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2005 and has been an active participant in the Greenwich, Stamford and national real estate markets since 1989, after relocating from Manhattan. She has personally bought and sold and currently manages several properties in Greenwich, Stamford, Naples, Florida, Southampton, New York, and the Outer Banks, North Carolina.

Loretta is familiar with the wonderful amenities Greenwich has to offer. She is married with three children. In addition, Loretta was on the board at First Church Preschool and volunteers for all three public schools that her children currently attend. She has volunteered for her church, for various fundraisers and as a Corporate Volunteer in America. Her family is also a member at Burning Tree Country Club, where they participate in swimming, tennis, golf and water polo.

Loretta is a registered nurse with a background in Neonatal Intensive Care and Obstetrics. She is certified as an International Childbirth Instructor for Aspo/Lamaze. She has had experience in management, counseling, quality assurance, utilization review and marketing. Loretta served as Director for the Department of Nurse Recruitment and Retention for Beth Israel Medical Center, in New York City, where she was responsible for hiring, placement and labor issues for 1,500 nurses.

Loretta’s love of real estate and interior and landscape design helps her clients find the perfect house or condo. She guides her clients through the often emotional selling process with patience, dedication and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills that will result in a positive outcome. As a professional real estate associate, she brings the same high-quality dedication and work ethic to her real estate clients as she did as a registered professional nurse.

Loretta is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, Inc. and Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, Inc. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Community Answers.
