Kaye Lewis's experience, in and beyond the real estate industry, is nothing short of impressive. With more than 20 years of experience exclusive to the Greenwich market, she is regarded as one of the area's most sought-after realtors. An internationally recognized broker and a top producer since 1987, Kaye owned and managed an independent firm for two years before joining Sotheby's International Realty.
Kaye excels through sharing her market knowledge, negotiation acumen and marketing expertise with her clients. Her customer base, which consists largely of loyal repeat clients and a strong referral network, demonstrates her ability to respond to a broad range of needs and expectations. She believes that any agent can list or show a home, but the broker who provides up-to-date pertinent information allows buyers and sellers to make the right decisions. Kaye specializes in new construction projects, as well as equestrian and waterfront properties.
As a wife, mother and career woman, Kaye knows what Greenwich has to offer. While she is a native Texan, Kaye has been a Greenwich resident for 21 years. She can effortlessly introduce the town's benefits to others, sharing the knowledge of Greenwich's great lifestyle, easy Manhattan commute and wonderful environment to raise children. Among her many community involvements, Kaye was former president of the Old Greenwich/Riverside Newcomers club and is currently the sole sponsor of www.thegreenwichblog.com.
Kaye lives with her husband, Jeff, and two teenage daughters, along with their wonderful pets: three Bernese Mountain dogs, two cats and a Dutch Warmblood. A resolute foodie, Kaye loves to entertain and experiment with various styles of cuisine. She and her family enjoy traveling together and have visited Brazil, the British and US Virgin Islands, China, Croatia, France, Italy, Norway, Spain, Germany, Holland, South Africa and much of the United States.
Kaye's family also supports the Julliard School of Music through a vocal scholarship established nearly 20 years ago. They have donated a vocal performance room, scheduled for completion in 2009, to be named the Loretta Varon Lewis Room for Kaye's mother-in-law, a noted coloratura sopranist opera singer.
