Kathryn Anderson Adams brings a distinctive combination of skill and experience to her career at Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to joining the company, she was consistently regarded as a top producer with William Raveis Real Estate. As a recipient of the firm's International Excellence Award, she was acknowledged as the top listing agent for four consecutive years, and recognized in the top 25% for close volume in 2004.

As a full-time professional agent, Kathryn has earned the trust and confidence of her clients through her commitment to them and her superior negotiation and sales talents. She always advocates in their best interests and, due to her thoughtful regard for clients' individual needs, generates many referrals from previous customers. She serves the areas of Greenwich and Stamford as well as throughout Fairfield County with strong network alliances in Connecticut and New York.

Kathryn has resided in Greenwich for 30 years and presents an outstanding knowledge of her community. Her involvement with local organizations includes the Greenwich Historical Society, Christ Episcopal Church Speaker's Committee and Congressional Christopher Shays Fairchester Chapter of the World's President's Organization. She has also served as the Professional Chair of United Way campaign from 2005-07 and as the Yale Cancer Center Board Benefit Chair for ten years.

Kathryn is married and has three adult children. She received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a cofounder of Biogen/IDEC and Advanced Genetic Sciences.

Kathryn holds a Graduate, Realtors Institute designation. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service and Consolidated Multiple Listing Server.
