Her credentials include Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI designation), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR designation), 1031 Exchange Certification, National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service (GMLS), Consolidated Multiple Listing Service (CMLS) and New Homes Council.

After working in White Plains, NY, for a healthcare facilities architect, who later became her husband, Karin was the owner/designer/general contractor of a 4,200-square-foot Byram Shore Road new construction/renovation project in Greenwich.

A graduate of Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ, with a BS degree in Business, Karin first obtained a real estate license in New Jersey. Prior experience with a labor-relations-negotiating-consulting firm contributes to her real estate negotiating skills. She also worked in personnel administration for Ingersoll Publications, Princeton, NJ, and business management for McCann-Erickson Healthcare Advertising, Morristown, NJ.

Karin is a member of the Riverside Association and the Bruce Museum, and for ten years has been treasurer of the Byram Garden Club. She has been a fundraiser and event co-chair for the Montefiore Medical Center Children's Hospital and active with Friends of Autistic People (FAP).

Some high points in Karin's life include owning property in Vermont, honeymooning on the QEII, flying a Piper Cherokee, motor biking in Bermuda, skiing the Rockies and the Alps and sailing the Long Island Sound and the Irish Sea.
