John Lucarelli

John has represented wealthy private clients in various aspects of real estate for more than 20 years. He prides himself on a highly attentive level of service. A Greenwich resident since 2001, he is well versed in the town and its inventory, and he leverages decades of experience and superior negotiation skills to navigate this competitive real estate market. He proactively helps his clients avoid issues that can delay or possibly derail a transaction. In short, John strives to give his clients every advantage to complete transactions efficiently and achieve the most successful and timely outcome.

Since 1992, John has worked as an executive at multiple international investment and commercial firms. Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, he was Managing Partner of Round Hill Design, LLC, the Greenwich construction consulting and real estate investment firm.

Active participation of its residents is what makes Greenwich one of the best towns in the country in which to live. John exemplifies commitment to the town of Greenwich by being a five-term publicly elected member of the Greenwich Representative Town Meeting. His experience with Greenwich real estate earned him his appointment by the First Selectman to the Chair of the POCD - Town Properties Committee. He currently serves as Chair of the Community and Police Partnership (Northern Sector) and the Citizen's Police Academy. His not-for-profit work includes the Boards of the Boy Scouts – Greenwich Council, Yale Alumni Association of Greenwich and Round Hill Association. He is also an ardent supporter of the Greenwich Land Trust and Greenwich Historical Society.

John received his MBA with distinction from Yale University School of Management with concentrations in real estate and investments. He earned his BA in economics with honors from Fordham University.
