Joanne Gorka has been a licensed realtor since 1991, beginning her career in Westchester County, NY, before moving into the Greenwich market in 1999. Joanne’s comprehensive professional network has been the cornerstone of her business, as a large percentage of Greenwich buyers come from New York.
Joanne holds a professional designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and has received certification in 1031 Tax Exchanges, New Homes and Land and Relocation. She specializes in property evaluation and marketing strategies, has a depth of knowledge about current market conditions and keeps abreast of industry trends. Prior to selling real estate, Joanne worked in the corporate sales arena with Xerox Corporation in Manhattan. She lives in Riverside with her family.
