Jan Milligan returned to Sotheby's International Realty in March 2005 after resigning as a Managing Sales Director at a competitor’s firm. The three-year separation made her realize that the best is to come. Being a top producer with Sotheby's International Realty since 1997, Jan has a keen appreciation of the power of this extraordinary company. Sotheby's International Realty marketing and advertising is the pinnacle of the real estate industry.
Jan has been a Greenwich resident for the past 30 years and a full-time realtor since 1983. She is considered to be one of Greenwich’s premier realtors. She has earned her Master's in real estate, a Certified Residential Specialist degree. A former flight attendant for American Airlines, she has the ability to understand specific needs for each of her clients and to create magic through the perfect marriage of buyer and seller in the sales of exceptional properties. Jan is known for her professionalism, outstanding service, and attention to detail with endless energy. Her clientele includes CEOs, celebrities, and entrepreneurs. Jan specializes in the high-end luxury and waterfront market. She sells and lists everything from cottages to mansions, and rentals too. Jan is a full-service realtor that always has time. She is friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable.
Educated at Widener University, Jan majored in Business. She has a wonderful husband, two handsome sons, and a dog named Spot.
Jan is the first mate on her Viking 52-foot motor-yacht, which she keeps at her Palm Beach waterfront home in the winter. She enjoys antique collecting, skiing, and most recently golf, and hopes to get a hole-in-one some day.
