Fran Ehrlich, who joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2001, brings over 16 years of residential real estate experience to the Greenwich market. Specializing in residential sales and rentals, she has represented a full range of transactions, including the sale of Clifton, the highest priced residential transaction in Greenwich history at the time. A former vice president for a leading Wall Street investment firm, Fran has developed an extensive clientele from the financial arena with a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.

In 2005, Fran was recognized by the Real Estate Top 200, a national sales ranking sponsored by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends. This impressive distinction acknowledged Fran as one of the leading agents in sales volume nationwide, a result of her remarkable effort and dedication to clients. She is currently a member of the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR) at a state level, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Prior to Sotheby's International Realty, Fran was a realtor with Preferred Properties in Greenwich.

A longtime Greenwich resident, Fran has a comprehensive knowledge of the community, enriched by her familiarity and involvement with various organizations and institutions, from area golf clubs to public and private schools. She is active in area community affairs and charitable organizations including Greenwich Hospital, the Greenwich Jewish Federation, and Puppies Behind Bars.

Fran earned a bachelor's degree in education from Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is married and has a daughter, who graduated from Yale in 2003 and is currently a law student, and a son, a 2007 graduate from Columbia University.
