Dutch-born Daphne studied History at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands after moving from France, where she studied French.
Having moved to various countries, including the Netherlands, Singapore, France, Belgium and the United States, she knows that relocating a family is not only about finding a new house. It is about finding the right neighborhood, the schools and the community where a family feels comfortable and at home.
Daphne is very involved in the Greenwich community. She is the Vice President of the Old Greenwich Riverside Newcomers' Club and on the committee for the annual OGRCC Scholarship Fund Kitchen Tour.
Raising two young children, she knows all the resources in the Greenwich area, including preschools and schools, children's activities as well as all the neighborhoods from beaches to backcountry.
Daphne has an extensive background in marketing, sales and communications. She realizes that in order to find what clients are really looking for, she must be able to actively listen to them and understand their vision.
She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, the Greenwich Association of Realtors and the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service. She speaks Dutch, French and German fluently.
