John Bates
John Bates, a fourth generation real estate agent in the town of Greenwich, meets his clients' goals. With over a decade of experience, he has listed and sold a wide range of properties including multiple homes located in Belle Haven, Mead Point and Harbor Point. John also has strength in buyer representation and has negotiated and closed a number of transactions from single-family homes to condominiums and land purchases.

A graduate of the Greenwich Country Day School and of Greenwich High School, John has an intimate understanding of the community's both public and private school systems. He received a BA from Lynchburg College.
