Bill Andruss began his real estate career in 1986 and joined Sotheby's International Realty in 1997.

Bill is highly respected throughout the industry for his integrity, professionalism and commitment to exemplary service. His ability to listen, dedication and enthusiasm have resulted in a successful track record, making him a consistent top producing realtor.

Bill was ranked among the top 15 agents in Greenwich in 2003. Additionally, he has been recognized among the top 1% of all realtors nationally and has been featured in Unique Homes Megabrokers of Connecticut.

Bill has represented some of Sotheby's International Realty's most prestigious Greenwich properties. In 2000, he sold the incredible French-style chateau Boxwood Manor. As well, he was the listing agent on the sale of Bye Waters in Field Point Circle in 1998, and the listing agent for the distinguished 40-acre Rockefeller estate Ashwood in 1989. He was both listing and selling agent for the very unique Dublin Hills in 1990. In 2000, he listed Greyledge, the prominent Bolling home, one of the properties featured in The Great Estates of Greenwich. In 2003, he was the listing agent on the property known as Treetops, the famed estate of the colorful torch singer and Broadway star of the 1920s, Libby Holman.

In 2004, Bill listed Lionshare Farm, the renowned world-class equestrian facility on the grounds of what was once the estate of Mary Lou Whitney. In 2006, Bill sold an elegant Georgian Manor that was one of the year's top five sales. In 2007, he listed the historic Khakum Wood house Laurel Court, designed in 1927 by prominent country-house architect H. T. Lindeberg. He is currently listing a world-class backcountry contemporary, featured in Architectural Digest and House & Garden.

Bill's continuous success is a result of his strong market knowledge, communication and trust and respect when dealing with clients and colleagues.

Bill is also co-host of the Live in Greenwich Real Estate Hour, a weekly talk show devoted to real estate on AM1490 WGCH. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Fordham University in New York. Prior to his real estate career, Bill was a world-ranked squash player and a member and captain of four USA teams.
