Barbara Hindman

A Greenwich resident since 1987 and a full time realtor since 1995, Barbara has extensive knowledge of the town of Greenwich, specializing in residential sales, investment and development of property. Serving clients in all price ranges, she provides accurate and meaningful information and, above all, complete and comprehensive service.

A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, Barbara pursued a career on Wall Street as a commercial banker at Citibank and as a Vice President in institutional fixed income sales at Morgan Stanley. In these positions she developed financial and negotiation skills and an understanding of mortgage and derivative products.

Barbara derives satisfaction from helping her clients reach their real estate goals whether buying, selling or leasing. Whether working with a first-time purchaser, experienced investor, relocating executive or retiring seller, she works diligently to produce a positive outcome with integrity and good humor. Barbara holds a Connecticut Real Estate Broker’s license and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. She is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, The Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, The Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Having raised her children in Greenwich, Barbara is very familiar with public and private schools through her positions on various PTA boards and committees. She is an active community volunteer, an 18-year elected Representative Town Meeting Member and has served on the RTM education, appointments, building and special committees. She is a local and national American Red Cross disaster volunteer.
