A Princeton University graduate with a bachelor's degree from the departments of Politics and Economics, Amy enjoyed being a Tiger as a member of Princeton's Varsity Volleyball team. She was a also a member of the Ivy Club and Pi Beta Phi Sorority. Amy is also a proud alumna of Cate School, a boarding school located in her hometown of Santa Barbara, California.
Prior to her career in Greenwich residential real estate, Amy worked in commercial leasing and sales in New York City with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., specializing in office tenant representation with an emphasize on Class A buildings in Midtown Manhattan. Ms. Balducci honed her marketing and strategic skills as a Marketing Director for boutique skin-care company Kiehl's Since 1851, and as a consultant with the Kalchas Group Computer Science Corporation's Business Strategy Division. Amy continued her management consulting career in Buenos Aires, Argentina as a founding member of Meridian Global Solutions. For over a year, she worked abroad focusing on internet strategies for Fortune 500 companies in Latin America.
Amy regularly supports charities in her community such as the Wall Street Challenge for Ovarian Cancer Research, the Indian Cultural Center of Greenwich and the Putnam Indian Field School. Additionally, Ms. Balducci recently served four years on the board of the Dave Nee Foundation, a non-profit based in New York City focused on the awareness of depression and suicide prevention. Amy lives in Greenwich, Connecticut with her husband, Charles, and three young children, two of which attend Greenwich Country Day School. She is fluent in Spanish.
