Since 1986, Ali has actively engaged in residential real estate valuation and sale. He has completed considerable work in compiling and analysis of market statistics for the Greenwich real estate market including, but not limited to, value appreciation and inventory analysis.
Ali has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Executive Degree in Business Administration, and he has graduated from the Connecticut Real Estate Institution with a GRI designation. He has completed appraisal education at the Institute for Practicing Real Estate. He is a member of the National and Connecticut Associations of Realtors and a former member of the National Assocation of Real Estate Appraisers with CREA designation. He is also a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Services.
