A splendid Osterville community, Wianno is a desirable neighborhood nestled on the south side of the village, while not formally defined by specific boundaries. Beautiful Wianno real estate on immaculately manicured properties line scenic winding streets and avenues. Access is provided to Dowses Beach, a beautiful public beach, and glimpses of the water can be seen between the large oceanfront homes situated on the south side of scenic Seaview Avenue, a premier two-mile-long shore road. Another small public beach borders Nantucket Sound, and the end of Seaview Avenue on West Bay is a favored spot for enjoying the views across the bay to Nantucket Sound and Sampsons Island. Wianno also hosts the prestigious Wianno Club and Wianno Yacht Club.
