Nicole Vautrain, an agent in the Osterville, Mass. office, has more than a decade of experience in residential real estate sales on Cape Cod. As an Osterville resident for more than 20 years, who also lived in Centerville for the previous eight years, Nicole has extensive knowledge of the Cape.

Nicole is active in the local community and in several real estate organizations. She is a member of the Cape and Islands Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the Cape and Islands Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Osterville Village Library Long Range Planning Committee, and volunteers at several local charities, including Noah’s Shelter and The Salvation Army. In addition, Nicole is also a member of St. Peter’s Church.
Originally from Duxbury, Mass., Nicole graduated from Babson College with a double major in Marketing and Communications. Her most recent endeavors include substitute teaching at Cape Cod Academy, where all three of her children attended K-12, and serving as President of the Cape Cod Academy Parents Association.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys daily four-mile walks through the village, swimming, reading, current events, and domestic and international travel. Spending time with her family, friends and pets, however, remains her favorite pastime.
