Vice President and Brokerage Manager of the Cape Cod offices, Gregg Wagner has 25 years of real estate expertise in three major markets, including the Connecticut shoreline, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and the west coast of Florida. Most recently, he was an associate broker for seven years with Prudential Connecticut Realty as well as Vice President of Operations for the company's Shoreline and Southwest Regions. In this role, he was responsible for the operations of 35 offices from Greenwich, Connecticut, to Watch Hill, Rhode Island, with nearly 1,100 agents and annual sales in excess of $2.1 billion dollars. His experience also includes the leadership of a Connecticut-based commercial investment brokerage company and its new homes and land division. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Wagner spent five years in various marine industries, including sailcloth purchasing and manufacturing with North Sails Worldwide.
A native of Greenwich, Connecticut, Gregg attended Drew University in New Jersey and the University of Lund, in Lund, Sweden. Over the years he has been a member of many professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR), South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCAR), Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC), Realtors Land Institute (RLI), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), World Wide Recreation & Resort Sales Council (WRRSC), Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) and Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).
