Greg Kiely, Vice President and Brokerage Manager of the Sotheby’s International Realty - Cape Cod Brokerages, is a ten year veteran of the suburban Boston real estate market, having served on the Board of Directors of both the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® and Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® since 2011. Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Greg was Sales Manager at Century 21 Commonwealth in Newton, MA where his agents specialized in the sale of fine homes and estates listings in Chestnut Hill, Brookline and Newton. In each year of Greg’s tenure as manager, his office won major national awards for sales production and customer service. Greg’s brokerage management experience began at William Raveis Real Estate in Chestnut Hill and Newton where he spent three years leading the administrative and operations teams as Director of Agent Services and Operations Manager. Greg began his real estate career as part of a top selling agent partnership at a local office in Brookline.
Greg is a graduate of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and a current member of the Association’s Finance, Professional Standards and Grievance Committees. Greg has previously served on the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards, Grievance, Government Affairs, Technology, Programming, Publications and Strategic Planning Committees and was appointed as a Director to the Greater Boston Real Estate Board for 2016.
Greg is an avid sailor, currently serving as an International Sailing Federation International Umpire and US Sailing National Judge at regattas around the world. He has previously resided in Darien, Connecticut, Newport, Rhode Island, Annapolis, Maryland and Brookline and Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Greg and his wife, Sarah, are excited to return to Cape Cod where they were married in 2013.
