A Cape resident since 1977, Susan Gill began her real estate career of 20+ years after a career in teaching. She has been with Cotton Real Estate, now Sotheby’s International Realty, since 1989. A specialist in the luxury residential market with an emphasis on waterfront and village properties, Susan has been a consistent Top Producer, and many times over, Associate of the Year.
As a Member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Women’s Council of Realtors, Residential Sales Council, and the Luxury Institute, Susan holds the GRI, CRS, and ABR designations. She has a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island with majors in English and Psychology, in addition to many graduate credits.
