Sharon Craig is vice president and brokerage manager of the Sotheby's International Realty brokerages in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where she is responsible for helping independent sales associates grow their business, recruiting top-producing associates and maintaining strong client relationships.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty Inc., she was vice president of the former Prudential Connecticut Realty, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties, Wallingford, Connecticut, where she managed 21 office managers and 25 offices. During her tenure, Craig helped increase revenue by 40 percent.

From 2005 to 2008, Craig was manager of the Hartford County and Shoreline offices of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. Prior to that, she was director of leasing & development for Casle Corp., Avon, Connecticut. She began her career right after college, working for her father’s real estate firm in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and moved to Connecticut in the late 1970s.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from The American University, Washington, D.C.

Craig has served in leadership roles with professional and community organizations including president of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Hartford, president of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) CT – The Real Estate Exchange of Hartford and vestry & senior warden at St. John's Episcopal Church of Essex, Connecticut. She was honored with the Volunteer of the Year award in 2011 by Essex River Auxiliary of the Child & Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut Inc., Essex, which she served as communications manager.
