Samuel Wilson

Sam Wilson grew up on Cape Cod, spending his summers on the tennis court and on the water in sailboats, while during the winter diligently studying at Cape Cod Academy. Sam left the Cape for ten years to graduate from the Fay School, Middlesex School, and Denison University, where he studied economics and geology. While in school, he returned to the Cape in the summers to enjoy the warm waters, salt air and work. After college, Sam joined Sotheby’s International Realty at the start of 2012. When not working, Sam spends his time golfing, fishing and sailing. He is very involved in the local community, including the Cape Cod Young Professionals, United Way, and a group focusing on options for handling our local wastewater issues.

Sam brings a youthful energy with him in every endeavor and with every client. He uses an analytical, numbers-based approach to value properties and maintains a strong understanding of the complex Cape Cod real estate market. Sam brings all of these talents and skills together to provide exceptional knowledge and service to his clients.
