“As a local attorney, I have worked with Pam for several years on many different real estate transactions. She is professional and efficient with both buyers and sellers. Pam has a strong and in-depth understanding of the numerous properties and areas here on the Cape which helps her assist her clients on both selling and purchasing their homes. Pam always keeps an open line of communication, ensures that every deal progresses in a timely manner, and constantly meets the expectations of the clients we have worked with. I would highly recommend her to anyone!”
"Pam took charge in ways most needed when one is ready to move on from a home well-loved. She made herself available at every step with staging advice and more – she even helped organize my moving sales! The photos were beautiful and the marketing was precise and effective. If you're dealing with all aspects of moving, Pam will take the selling burden off your shoulders. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Just be certain you're ready to go - my home sold pretty much overnight."

“We have known Pam as a friend and neighbor for over 15 years and when it came time for us to list our rental property, the choice was a no-brainer. We had many choices including a family member, but we wanted our property sold as quickly as possible and for the highest price. For six months, we rejuvenated the landscaping and completed repairs and cleaning on the interior, while Pam went to work preparing for our open house. Even though the house was not ready to be listed until early September, Pam got us $30K more than the original CMA. Our hard work and Pam’s preparation paid off. While many homes in the area that went on the market during the spring and summer remained on the market, our home closed in less than two months. We have seen Pam work with difficult clients, difficult properties, as well as multimillion dollar water front properties and each and every one of them were treated with the same professionalism and effort. While Pam is honest, hardworking and a professional in her field, her sunny disposition is a must when working with the public. If you are considering selling your property, Pam should be put on the top of your list for consideration. We know we made the right choice, and Pam will be the agent contacted when we decide to sell any of our other properties.”
