Kimberly Howard started in commercial real estate in 1984 with O’Connor Piper & Flynn in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1986 she returned to Cape Cod, her summer residence and home of her mother’s family for over 5 generations. Kimberly has focused on Chatham residential real estate and has attained The National Association of Realtors Certified Buyer Representative designation. Currently, she is completing her Graduate Realtor Institute studies. As an honors student she graduated with a BS and BFA from the University of Michigan in 1982.
In 1993 she co-founded and chaired The Lawn Cotillion, a philanthropic annual event that raised funds for Habitat for Humanity, Cape Cod Libraries, Cape Cod Hospital, The Drummer Boy Playground, Cape Cod Museum of Fine Arts, Cape Cod Music Conservatory, The Family School, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Cape Cod VNA and Fine Arts Association of Cape Cod. She presently serves on her church Board of Trustees and volunteers in the Chatham Public Schools for special events.
