Kim Cragin began her career in real estate in 2002, after 25 years of owning and operating two successful retail businesses. Kim specializes in luxury residential properties and is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors, and the Cape Cod Multiple Listing Service, and is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). Currently, Kim is in the process of earning the designation of Certified Residential Specialist. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MA in Counseling from Salve Regina University.
