Kathy Deerman has over 24 years of real estate experience as a broker in both Florida and Massachusetts. She is a dedicated, full-time realtor who is committed to providing exceptional service to all her buyers and sellers. As a former co-owner of a real estate brokerage company in Falmouth, Kathy has an extensive knowledge of Cape Cod, specializing in waterfront properties from the canal and throughout Buzzards Bay to Nantucket Sound. Prior to real estate, she worked as a Federal agent for the United States Immigration Department and as a flight attendant for Air Florida. An avid world traveler, Kathy has lived in both France and Spain and is fluent in both languages.
Through the diversity of her professional careers and private life, she has honed the skills of negotiation, communication, and people motivation. Her goal is to use these skills to make the buying and selling of real estate an easy, enjoyable, and ultimately profitable experience.
