Kathy joined Sotheby’s International Realty in April of 2006. Originally from upstate New York, Kathy has lived on Cape Cod for more than 35 years. She has been a realtor for 14 years and has received recognition as a top producer with consistently high sales and client satisfaction. Her clients find her to be someone who listens to their needs, and she strives to exceed their expectations.
In addition to her career in real estate, Kathy has also owned and operated three bed and breakfast inns. She is a member of the New England Inns and Resorts Association, past regional director of the Select Registry of Independent Innkeepers Association and past regional director of the South Carolina B&B Association. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors and the Cape Cod and Islands Multiple Listing Service. Kathy has also taken numerous courses to enhance her knowledge of real estate.
